While our frameworks are designed to systematically reduce procedural friction and improve workflow efficiency, you recognize that long-term business success depends heavily on market factors and your operational execution. We do not provide specific legal corporate registration filings or direct public accountancy audits, and our strategy guidance should be executed in tandem with your standard legal advisors.

4. Payment Terms & Merchant Protection

All fees for our consulting retainers or milestone assignments are calculated transparently and billed via compliant digital systems like Stripe.

By providing payment details, you guarantee that you are authorized to use the chosen corporate billing instrument. Clients agree to pay all scheduled fees according to the milestone scopes established in their digital invoices or custom service agreements. All processed fees are governed by our official Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Growvora LLC, its managers, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or operational losses resulting from your reliance on our advisory playbooks or platform content. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the active contract period immediately preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or dispute resolution proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such venues.
